Rapid Tooling is an extension of Rapid Prototyping. This involves the production of mould cores using 3D printing. Thus prototypes can be produced quickly and cost-effectively with the real material properties by injection moulding. The production of prototypes in hybrid construction is also possible in this way. With this field of application of generativen manufacturing procedures the VWH GmbH is occupied in the internal technology center.
