Certified management system at VWH
In order to ensure the consistently high quality of our service portfolio, we undergo regular certifications and audits.
As part of our ISO 9001 recertification, we were therefore visited by DEKRA auditors a few weeks ago, who inspected our processes for developing automated assembly and testing systems, injection moulds and process optimisation services - with positive results.
With the ISO 9001:2015 certification, we are demonstrating to our customers that quality awareness is embedded in all VWH processes and departments and that customer satisfaction is a primary corporate objective. On the other hand, we also benefit as a company from consistently practised and documented quality management: responsibilities and processes are clearly regulated and interlock in a structured manner, which speeds up order processing and is ultimately reflected in the outstanding product quality.
