Retention Period of the Data

During the hiring phase, we reserve the right to retain the data you submitted for up to 6 months, based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — this includes the ability to provide evidence in any legal proceedings that may be brought against us under the German General Equal Treatment Act.

If we are unable to offer you a position, if you decline an offer, or if you withdraw your application, the data will be deleted and any physical application documents destroyed. Your documents and information from the application are not stored in an applicant pool.
