Maintenance & Service
Whether planned maintenance or unplanned downtime, our staff help you keep your system in top shape. Existing maintenance plans are worked through, and other suspect components are inspected and tested. Replacement and wear parts can either be supplied to us or manufactured in-house. To prevent downtime, discontinued components can be replaced with new ones, ensuring the longevity of the equipment.
Machine relocations
Relocations within a plant or to other sites require a great deal of coordination, resources, and time. VWH GmbH supports the entire relocation with its expertise. Our staff specialize in dismantling and rebuilding equipment. Our existing lifting equipment and partner network can carry out relocations within production or across sites. VWH's project management serves as the interface, providing daily status updates and a plan for the next steps.
Spare Parts Management
From simple contract manufacturing or procurement of purchased parts, to re-engineering and re-design, to the proper installation of spare parts, VWH GmbH offers its customers comprehensive support. If no drawing data for the spare part is available, the component can be measured with our own 3D measuring system, and CAD data is then created for further manufacturing. Should the spare part be needed again later, VWH can conveniently access the existing data thanks to its efficient drawing management.
Contract Manufacturing
Thanks to its own mold-making operations, VWH has an especially extensive in-house manufacturing capability. Whether milling (3- to 5-axis), turning, grinding, wire cutting, or EDM – you'll find it all under one roof at VWH. Almost all common materials can be processed. With the help of its machine data acquisition (MDA) system, VWH guarantees a high level of transparency toward its customers. If a specific surface treatment or measurement report is required, VWH GmbH also competently supports its customers here.
Engineering
We maintain and repair your machines and systems, bringing your equipment back up to the latest state of the art. You can secure regular service through our comprehensive maintenance contracts.
Qualification / Training
Not only are VWH's own employees regularly trained, VWH also regularly trains and instructs customers' employees. For example, operation of machines and systems built by VWH can be taught on-site at the customer's premises, or alternatively already during assembly and commissioning at VWH. Instruction during assembly gives the customer the advantage that their respective employees gain a very deep insight into the machine and its operation.
