1-Component to Multi-Component Injection Molds
For decades, VWH has been producing molds for manufacturing complex plastic parts at its Herschbach (OWW) location. Today, we manufacture plastic articles for a wide variety of industries, including well-known automotive suppliers, with articles that can be made of one or several types of plastic. What's special about our approach is the symbiosis of mold making and subsequent production of plastic parts under one roof. In our own technical center, initial prototypes or small batches are created within the shortest possible time. These are then precisely analyzed and optimized in the next step to achieve a perfect final product.
The Manufacturing Process
After product development, our experienced experts design precise engineering data based on the latest CAD/CAM systems. Thanks to our own manufacturing, we produce and test all components directly on-site. After proper assembly, in-house sampling forms the final step for a perfect result under real-world conditions.
