• Successfully completed technical training or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation engineering (university or university of applied sciences)
• Experience in the design of special-purpose machines and complete systems
• Several years of professional experience in PLC programming (ideally SIMATIC S7 / WinCC flexible / TIA Portal) and machine commissioning
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, servo technology, and sensor technology
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Planning and development of control software in the field of machine automation for sophisticated special-purpose machines
• Technical implementation of customer-specific challenges in collaboration with the design, project management, sales, and assembly departments
• PLC and HMI programming (Siemens S7 / WinCC flexible / TIA Portal)
• Integration of safety systems, robots, servo systems, camera systems, etc.
• Machine commissioning and operator training both at the factory and on-site at the customer’s location
• Preparation of software documentation
